Lose weight - Cliche? - Yes. Necessary? - Yes.  Fatty likes cake (and Xmas fudge). So, it’s back to Lose It!

Write more - Blog, Tumblr, Momento, Newsletter, and then some.

Fucking RELAX a little - My frustration mounts easily sometimes. Why? I mean, what do I really have to stress about?  Answer: Not a whole lot. Chill, kid.

Well, that’s the plan. Go team BREAK! …or something.

This is good stuff. I feel so much more focused when I’m working at home. I’m excited for the day when my home becomes my office. I was waiting for his Basecamp pitch at the end.

Jack is back! I’m super excited about the new Meat Beat Manifesto album. I didn’t even know it had come out a few months ago until Friday, how did I sleep on this? Still seems odd to me that this LP is on Metropolis as I’ve never thought of Meat Beat as industrial, at least not the industrial I fell in love with (admittedly later and more rock oriented coldwave & ind/alternative) Even though he is considered an early industrial genre originator, I’ve only ever been a follower of his more straight up electronic work. It seems Mr. Dangers has come full circle. Not surprised to hear this evolution into dubstep, his work with dub is well known and respected. The sounds here are unmistakably Meat Beat, full of mood and texture, live drum samples and analog acid. Really enjoying it.

It’s been a rainy couple of days. My rainy day music list has taken over my daily rotation and I find myself in the midst of an Alice In Chains bender. I heard at least 4 songs by them on the radio yesterday so it’s either coincidence or I’m not the only one who finds AIC fitting on cold gray blustery days. Enjoy, I know I do.
